Do not delete chapters if you just want to replace them, use the edit function.

1. Locate the chapter in the chapter listing of the manga.
2. Click the pencil button.
3. Choose the new zip in the File field.
4. Click Save.

Note: If you cannot see the pencil button in the chapter listing, you do not have permission to update the chapter. Please contact a moderator for help replacing the desired chapter.
