Please, recommend me some josei manga with the following requirements:

1. No impossible things (Magic, fantasy, sci-fi etc). The story has to be somehow plausible
2. If there is a male character, he should be a "normal" guy and not a arrogant/rich/famous guy.
3. All chapters translated to English.
4. The story needs to be good and hopefully cliches are avoided.

Then it probably won't be Josei manga in the first place.

@minmanga The best I can do is throw anything by Yoshihara Yuki at you and hope you'll find something you like there. A lot of her work leans towards the romantic comedy side of things, and can get a little tough on the ol' suspension of disbelief, but in a general sense, might fulfill your criteria. I've read two in particular: Haa Haa and Darling wa Namamono ni Tsuki and found both of them to be entertaining enough to see through to completion. Hopefully this helps in some way!

Maybe Real clothes? I found the story plausible for a 27-yo woman.
Less plausible, but fun: Kurage Hime ; the main two interests are from a very influential family, but it should be OK.
No fantasy, only historical: The taming of the shrew. By the way, it Spoiler.
