@unknownids age of consent in North Korea is 15 and the one in South is 20 🤷♂️ Maybe that's it :3 |

>new challenger approaches. fuck yeah. Honestly the fact that he keeps saying "wait til i'm 18" is just pissing me off, I would ACTUALLY accept some NTR at this point even though I fucking hate it, like you think any normal fucking girl would wait that long? no, she'd be finding someone else who would actually give her some "love". Fucking ridiculous. |

We all knew this was bad. We know it will continue to be bad. Just enjoy the ride. @unknownids Because different countries have different laws. Because that's difficult to understand? |

@unknownids - The age of consent for sex in S. Korea is 20. That why she has to wait 2 more years. (Although she’s right... who is going to report her to the police?) |

thats crazy. aren't they worried about low birth rates? lol |

@unknownids Virtually all arguments that talk about the "need" to "fix" low birth rates are racist. South Korea has a functioning immigration policy that enables it to maintain a decent labor force. I'm not calling it perfect or even great, but it's at least functional. |

Who cares about age of consent IRL, in this comic at this rate it's going to be around +∞ years of age. Jk |

It is like this kid is waiting for some government agent to hand deliver a personalized certificate which states he now has permission to have sex with his MORE THAN WILLING fiance. And until said certificate is delivered, anyone else is fair game for him to date/flirt with as long as they have no interest in his fiance. This kid must be trying to secure a harem just to fulfill his NTR fetish on a group of women. |

Anyone that talks about “age of consent” is out of their mind. She’s not raping him and -as she said- he wouldn’t obviously report her. So it doesn’t matter AT ALL. End of story. Plus: if they wait another 2 years, then how many years would be since they started to “date”? 5 or more, yeah? What woman waits FIVE YEARS for that in a relationship? It was ok at the beginning because it was a young boy, now he’s more than a man so waiting another 2 years is bs. |

@emMeBi86 I'm playing devil's advocate. I don't necessarily agree nor disagree with what I'm about to type. "She's not raping him". The ENTIRE point of age of consent is that if you're below it, you're deemed to not have the mental capacity to consent. Imagine if you had a five year old, either boy or girl. They really want to have sex. That five year old is thirsty as hell. It's theoretically possible that the five year old actually does understand what sex is and all of the implications of it and could actually make true, informed consent. Society says no. Society says the five year old does not, as a matter of bright-line policy, have the capacity to consent. So under the South Korean legal system, yes, it is rape because he is deemed to not have the capacity to consent. You say "It was ok at the beginning because it was a young boy, now he's more than a man" You're literally assuming the end result. You're putting the cart before the horse. The ENTIRE point of age of consent laws is that they make a bright-line of who is a "young boy" and who is a "man". You're trying to say oh, it's apparently obvious that he's a man, when that's literally sweeping the question away. South Korean law has stated 20 years old is the standard. You could say it should be set higher or lower. That's a reasonable argument. It is not reasonable to say that "he's more than a man" and then just assume that's obviously true. Again, I'm playing devil's advocate here. I don't actually care that much either way. The issue is that you're acting like it's stupid to talk about age of consent when that's literally the whole point. |

While it's true that they aren't going to report each other, it's safe to assume that if they engage in a sexual relationship sooner or later they'll mention that to some friend/coworker/relative, and since this is a korean series someone in a position of power attracted to noona will learn about the fact and use it to blackmail her into having sex with him. So, while I absolutely understand noona's difficulties in holding back, for the sake of this series she'll have to endure a bit longer. |
