Description:
The opera singer Lu Cai and her theater troupe moonlight as a notorious gang of thieves, easily running circles around police investigators. That is until she becomes the target of a deranged serial killer and barely escapes with her life—but at the cost of revealing her true identity to Sergeant Lin Guanliang, the officer in charge of investigating her crimes. This series is a bit slower paced which is nice because things don't feel too abrupt, but also means that each chapter feels a little thin development-wise so I'm trying to release at least 2 chapters at a time. |

It's been pretty interesting so far. I just wish the chapters were longer and that the prologue (I guess you can call it that so far - chapter 5) would either be shorter or the chapters longer. So far so good. |
