Really people? Complaining about a chapter having an ounce of story and/or buildup? Not every chapter is going to be loaded to the max with fighting scenes, and neither should they be.

This is probably the best manga ever made.

Eh, guess we can't help having a chapter to introduce all the characters, but this was quite a boring chapter enough to even call it similar to a filler. It sucks when we have to go through a chapter of just this after waiting for a while.

This translation seems to give a bit more depth than JB's.
