If she died we would have already seen her take the hit - just like with the loli getting fried.
So the fact that we got a cliff hanger before the trap activates tells you that she will survive mostly unhamred or even completely unharmed.

It is just like when that other dude tried to use that axe to kill her - the chapter stopped before his attack landed because he was not gonna hit her anyway.

She'll lived because she definitely will be with the MC group.
