@givemersspls In South Korea it is mandatory to throw out your trash in marked plastic bags, officially labelled with your location and the type of trash it contains (e.g: different colours for recyclables vs food waste) for easier sorting. The price of garbage collection for each district is included in the price of the garbage bags, so you'll have to buy those "official trash bags" locally. Hence the bags can be pretty pricey but the bags themselves are reused. |

What does it mean to throw it away without a plastic bag? How does that make it worse? I legitimately don't understand. |
