as I said before, not as grandiose as the Manga make it to be, but we still congratulate him in exaggerated way lmao, granted we are a bunch of silly guys to begin with but you get the idea

@primrosea No, I didn't mean precisely that. There are indeed a lot of people who have barely boiled water despite being adults already. I meant how the others all treated it as something magnificent. Of course it was to encourage Aikawa, who seems to have major self-confidence issues, but let's be realistic: If you did something even a child could do, wouldn't it be super embarrassing if people around you made it a big deal out of it, as if you had successfully got accepted into medical school or something?

@Kale_S Thanks for bringing us the fluff of this manga. It is better to do something you are interested in than to get totally burnt out on scanlating, so no regrets if you do decide to drop the series.

What's the big deal about cutting some leek? If she was seven years old, I reckon it would be huge, but she's a high schooler, or something.

I really hope you guys don't. I always say this and I mean it: I would rather a scanlation group drastically scale back their release speed on a series rather than dropping them. Because there are entire graveyards filled with manga series that were dropped and never picked up again. I would much rather you just take your time and get it to only when you feel like it rather than face the possibility that no one ever releases it. Something is better than nothing, even if it times several times as long. And I find this series to be pretty cute and enjoyable, so I would be sad to see it just go ignored and never get translated.

But, even if your group does drop it, I thank you for the work you put in. I mean, you guys were doing it from chapter one and every chapter has been a high quality and well done scanlation. It's clear you all put in a lot of effort and appreciation into it.

@Kiming4 if you like that version of Nagisa. The mangaka has art of each of the characters dressing up. If you want, tell me what other characters you'd like and I could upload it for you. There's momoji, nagisa, chiyurin, masumin, and the manager.

@EzioAs , In terms of staffing, I think we don't really want more to join, it's been a bad experience overall. Dropping it might be due to interests. I personally don't really read this manga much, I just TS/edit it because it's "my series". I might ts the other series we do "Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san", since that might get sniped. I've also looked through the rest of volume 4, it's not that interesting (spoilers). There's also other series we do that have been neglected for a bit, that I think our staff in general agree is alot more interesting. Chotto Ippai has only been the one that's been really consistent with uploads since I'm more free to work on that project.

The mangaka does put alot of detail into her drawings. In the first page, the cover, you can see that nagisas has bandages on her left hand,

it's not a manga that involves cooking without someone being taught how to cut up vegetables
