Either he sells them cheaper, and people go to the guild anyway because economics haven't been invented yet

Or he sells them at or above guild price, in which case the MC doesn't know about economics. Why do this I have no idea since the guild takes a cut anyway so selling it slightly less than the guild is the way to go.

So because it would piss off the people controlling the market she says they can't make a potion that quadruples healing potion production....in war times......Pretty hard to give a fuck about the economy and potion market when everyone is fucking dead from lack of medical supplies.

So their party basically lost 2 members, that mage is quite dumb, unless they have new party member, still they have to get use to the new party members and that's gonna take a while....
