The story is really wrapping up fast in the LN, feels real abrupt but I guess there's not a lot of room left to grow after 1400 chapters. I think there's only a few more chapters left, then it'll be years until the comic catches.

Is "The battle against X foe starts now!" really that strange of a statement? I wonder about what nuance is being lost in translation here.
