I doubt anyone realized the sheer workload she took on, so even if she's somehow retroactively used as their scapegoat since her resignation, it doesn't change the fact that nobody can do the work she does, as competently as she does.

Regarding the maids...I have no idea what caused her to be this unfavored, but that's...not a normal attitude towards nobility, is it? You'd think she'd have the authority to punish them without even giving an excuse.
