The novel is not finished yet, it's still ongoing. But you don't need spoilers to guess the end result.
Spoiler-free, about the different girls after this last chapter :

-Kouhai : 0% chance of her being end girl, same as any future potential new girls. MC never loved her since the beginning, she was outclassed by Gotou and now Sayu.
She's basically just a girl here for drama/filler.
-Gotou : it's weird you said fall in love, Because Yoshida loved her for 5 years, and he still probably love her now, you can't throw away your feelings you had for a long-time crush like that.
She will obviously be the main obstacle between Sayu/Yoshida relationship.
-Sayu : The obvious main and end girl. Yoshida already fall slowly for her, but it will take time for the two to really have a romantic relationship, they 1st need to deal with A LOT of problems (their hidden relationship, Sayu parents, Sayu past, Gotou, Yoshida feeling, etc)
