@Mabbo A lot of authors should probably be doing that too if they weren't already. I have seen a few people who write stuff mentioning having to go back through their older stuff to check things before. If you think you're gonna use it again or even just mention it again, probably write it down somewhere to keep it handy.

@Sancturil Ah yeah that's a good point too. She really should have made it "I vow not to tell anyone without you saying it's okay first." Hopefully there's a way to re-do them.

@Keansor That's also how I felt about it. Also, wouldn't it have been a better made vow had she vowed to not tell about it to anyone who doesn't already know? That way she'd be able to talk about it to the few people who do know. As of now, the only person she can talk to about it is Julius.

She could easily just say "I'm afraid I can't tell you what I know, I made a vow in the goddess' name after all" or something along those lines. That's such a big deal that I'd imagine he'd immediately figure out that she knows.
That'd allow characters to know things and give us exposition, though, and obviously we can't have that.

I feel like there should be more problems then just C, but okay.

You know, it's pretty ridiculous how blatant this mother is with her scheming. It's...how do I put this...audacious? Like, it feels really sloppy as far as conspiracies go. Can she not have the tea tested for drugs? Or make mom drink the tea.

It's fun when the petty stuff keeps getting shut down, but I also feel like something can be done with all these attempts at this point.

You know.... my favorite part of this series is the "Here is the evil stepmother trope. Look how powerless she is when the MC literally doesn't a shit" part of it.

So satisfying seeing the MC be aware that she can push back rather than just take it.
