Got it. So you need to activate the toggle first on the more settings tab. I didn't see it the first time I checked. My bad.

Top right corner of website... to the left of your username... there is a gear icon (settings).
In the settings pop up that opens... there is a setting called "Hentai."
Change it to view all and hit the save button below it.
Done.

@Zeroisloco I can't seem to find that setting :'(

@Nyaalter when you have a Mangadex account , there's an option in the settings to display the Hentai doujinshi's put on Mangadex , they won't appear if you don't activate it ;)

So Itsuki is really out of the race huh
