The protagonist is kind of a dick in this chapter, lacking both sympathy and empathy for Nico.
Although I guess that's something to be expected from a teenage boy discovering the gap between his idealized image of his crush and her real personality and behavior.

hopefully the ghost maid wont raise the boy's libido stress and disturb his private time to beat his meat do some research for his work.

MC is being way too much of a brat given the circumstances. I wouldn't want this story to be all emotional, but just way too selfish and whiny IMO.
