Rather than being a byproduct of the summoning magic circle, i think that Gol-Tarou's body was made from the condensed magic of the girl in the cell, she probably tried to force her way out before dying, and a ton of magic was poured into that white stone, enough to make it last way after her death. The residual personality of the girl in the magic stone, was probably reawakened by him pouring all his magic into it.
