About color in my opinion i prefer colors than white black comic. As 90 kid, iam have an experience when televion only have white and black color and when i read white and black color manga i feels its 2019 already and still black and white color. But I respect japan that still use black and white colors for their manga.

Eh...No. I just can't get behind the fundamental stupidity that this world requires. If a parent tells their child to stay in bed and not exert themselves when the child is sick, is the parent not acting as a doctor? Or if a person bandages a wound instead of letting all the blood continue to flow out, are they not acting as a doctor?

In real life history, doctors have been vilified for very specific reasons. They might have been viewed as agents of a hostile entity sent to trick people into believing they were providing aid when in reality they were poisoning the people. Or they might have been viewed with reverse causality, where doctors always showed up when a disease hit a village, so villagers thought doctors were bringing the disease instead of doctors trying to prevent/treat the disease. Throughout all of history, however, society has never sincerely vilified the actual practice of medicine, of treatment. This world does exactly that, apparently. They're not afraid of doctors for any reason other than the fact that they treat people. They even recognize that doctors do actually treat people.

I know allen had given a theory in the previous chapter's comment, and I am thankful for the translation work, but this just doesn't seem to be my type of series.
