It's because the translator is lazily "translating" by keeping the unedited Chinese pinyin instead of making the slightest shred of effort to properly localize anything, hence why it looks weird.

Its better to have delayed updates rather than it didnt updates anymore.
You should be grateful when someone who was working hard to keep this manhua translated and updated despite it doesnt have stable release time.
What I dont like with those author is when they are releasing chapters but suddenly it become hiatus/stalled for long time due personal issue or the author was died before it completed.

What lack of updates you talking about there are 1-2 chapters uploaded every week?
