1. Latest chapter of this ongoing weekly manga is 134. Translating is toooooo slow, yes.
2. Satsuki's & Urara's arch is aproximately 10-11 chapters (~2.5 monts of publication) - this is too small for needless prolongation of over 130 chapters story.
3. Satsuki is childhood friend & part of MC's harem (she is main reason for lock MC in gym storage in begin of story).
4. Urara is elder sister of Kirara (skirtless girl)
5. This arch is quite useful additional content for the main storyline.

The best end to the next chapter is Handa being killed and Helmet dying. All in one chapter. This whole Helmet arc has been a wild ride in the wrong ways. It feels like a convenient excuse to prolong the series, and it's done a great job of that. I've forgotten what the plot is for the story with the characters that actually matter, other than the MC shagging the skirtless girl in broad daylight and MC's sister being alive somehow.

So we have a few options here

a) They're both cannibals and working together
b) They're both cannibals but have no relation to each other
c) Only Handa is a cannibal, Helmet is trying to protect the group from Handa
d) Only Handa is a cannibal, Helmet is an evolved carrier
e) Only Handa is a cannibal, Helmet is a third party murderer, though not necessarily a cannibal
f) They're both cannibals, but Helmet has been trying to protect them while holding back his urges, whereas Hanada has been going around eating people (not likely - Handa himself mentions that he wants to try eating humans for the first time)

I'm probably overlooking something, but that's all I can think of atm ...

I can't wait for this arc to be finished
