Every time it becomes more clear to me that probably the way to lift the curse is by touching the person he loves the most. Obviously there is no way that they know it yet, and even after knowing it, the Duke will hesitate since there is no proof of it and Alice would be in danger. Knowing Alice she may be the one touching him first after some drama or a death or life situation.

@Acolytus You know it's just going to be 25 chapters of the Duke going "even though the curse was lifted, am I actually still cursed!? In the end, I wasn't brave enough to find out today...." and we will all feel disappointed every time.
