also this chapter made me like kaese a lot more since this is the first chapter that she actually opens up a little bit make a lot more sense why she acts the way she does because she is lonely

The difference is not "minute".
The eyes are the basic way to differentiate characters. If you are blind for this every character in a manga will look the same.
Konatsu's eyes are also different.

After this chapter, I now add Kaede into the best girl list.

"shipping" is such a disease sometimes...
Two characters of the same genre can't look in the eyes that they MUST be in love.
Friendship doesn't exist.
Nothing, no others forms of interaction and relationship exist.
Only same sex love.

It's tiresome.

Can't you see that Kaede's eyes are fundamentally different from the eyes in the entire Honami family?

It's more positive than most but this chapter really hurts when you put together that Kaede's loneliness is probably what drives her to be extra close to the friends she has around her.
Kaede made that painful smile and Koyuki saw herself.

This chapter is the polar opposite of the recent previous ones. Love it.

I get it now ^^; yeah I understand what you meant now. tbh that idea didn't even pass me by, I know some stories have done that move before but at least this one doesn't seem like one that would do that. though as much as I love the main pairing I will admit I now like the idea of Kaede being part of the mix (though she is more like the main pairing's "best girl", or at leaast I see it that way, a good friend for both of them)

@Zexalfan well more worried in terms of "no you can't fall for her, don't do that to Konatsu!" So like "Oh yeah, all 3" is reassuring in that way and I totally welcome it.

@Egodies were you worried to be the only one considering shipping the 3 of them? lol it's fine with those eye to eye moments and the framing how could someone not think about it ^^.

Also maybe it's because this manga is my current favorite and I am looking it through pink tainted glasses, but I don't think they look identical or anything like that, yeah the designs aren't super different but both of them do look different enough, at least for me, especially when it comes to expressions.
