couldn't he had simply used his appraisal skill where he can see others names and stuff? i would have personally used it on all of my classmates just out of curiosity and would have used it on that transfer student as well just for fun its such a useful skill.

Why doesn't he just analyze her? Considering already suspicious and no one would be able to tell him doing it would tell him a few things about her. Like having stealth and magic would mean it was her spying on him, some hints at her true identity and that she's likely not from this world. Especially if has a level over 5.

But yeah its freaking wierd... she doesnt talk to him at all day 1. Pretends hes just fart air. but day 2 she continues to be annoying to him and wakes him up as if she was teh class rep. Which shes not.

I am the same with everyone else.. why the fuck go that far to hide it with a black person, if we already know who it is. If the Author was smart enough, it would of been someone else.

This should be a universal rule to stop creating shitty stupid scenarios:
"Don't try to make a 'Plot Twist' with a character you JUST FUCKING INTRODUCED IN THE SAME FUCKING CHAPTER"

That's so damn dumb. I wonder why this author even tried to hide the culprit with the black figure... only a 6 years old, who just started reading, would be fooled...
At first, I was like "Naaaw, it would be so dumb if it was her. This author just fooled me by making me think so. It's gonna be someone else".
Then she fucking appeared IN FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM... in the middle of the night...

Yeah, this story is getting pretty shit. I think I'll give this one more chapter to prove me wrong.

It's the classic "black figure", popularized in Detective Conan (aka Case Closed )
No matter what figure the culprit has, the black figure always looks the same. It allows the author to show what the culprit is doing without giving away who it is.

Although it was still pretty obvious who it was...
