That's usually an indication that he'll stay that way. In manga trope, he's literally a background, not even a side character. If this was a manga about a guy who likes to go fishing but can't because it always rains when he tries, this husband would be rain. I can't say i ever read a manga where a background character like this suddenly gained a face and personality, at least not without a ton of foreshadowing.

Looking at TsuyasTsuyas past stories, someone always gets Cucked hard.
If the husband never gets a face reveal and character development, then I can almost guarantee the MC will be the one getting cucked in the End with the husband just taking his wife.

I know this is smut so the story does not really matter but is the husband going to be more than a plot device to have them in all these fucked up situations? He did not even recieved a name or eveb a face 5 volumes in.
