On first page there is a blank rectangle, that thanks to Goat I can say is the chapter title.

I was excited to see more chapters of this, but this is clearly of a lower quality so I think I'll wait for Cat&Goat scans. It not bad, don't get me wrong, it's not bad at all. Just not nearly as good as the other scanlation. Not sure why they would put this up to compete with.

Will have to agree with you. Some pages on Nekyou was translated weird and reads weird when compared to G&CS's version.

Seems like a lower quality scan :/ why tho
