Ch. 22.2 - Explosive Birth! Princess Shrine Maiden of Thunder (Part 2)
Avatar
@Argolok so basically the princess had the bad luck of getting napped by loli thieves. which had the worse luck of being tazed lol

"According to a report that came in the middle, the thieves have no political background, they seem to have been underlings of a trafficking organization that simply kidnap and sell cute girls. It seems when the 3rd princess who had heard a rumor about General Store Mitsuha from a maidservant by chance came out of the castle and shaken off her desperately pursuing guards, she was targeted without their knowledge of her being a princess."

If it bothers her that much she could just go ahead and say "sorry but I lied because I wanted to scare the thugs". But for whatever reason the main characters in these stories never do that and instead they just keep up the lie for as long as they can.

@Vasqueztion

In chapter 24 the commoners doesn't know the face of the princess, plus those thugs are human trafficker they saw a beautiful loli and they want to sell her.
(TL notes are fun to read)
I have read the raws though. This is a fiction don't expect too much reality.

I'm just your average...hime-miko

Somebody is calling their inner completely average girl. Probably.

never would have guessed

totally unexpected

100% didn't see that coming

yup

"Is there a reason not to kill trash?"
And still didn't shoot them...

Tasers aren't reliable either at incapacitating targets nor completely non-lethal.

If you know how it's going to end then why do it?
Avatar
...Well, what did you expect?

In a fantasy world, chunni doesn't exist because anything you make up could very well be true. Just own it and the shame will disappear.
Avatar
man this is still really fun
Avatar
@Vasqueztion Why you are so try hard? Nothing to get duh.

People keep thinking these types of stories take place during Medieval times, that's incorrect. If you look at their technology level most are closer to being late Renaissance (minus guns/gunpowder).

It's too bad forced event is forced. But the story is stupid fun, so who cares.

@Vasqueztion

But she escaped from her armed guard, they even mention it.
And maybe the kidnappers are just opportunistic and just sell their victims as slaves.
Avatar
okay... her back story... become more... and more complicated.
Avatar
It was the princess?! this entire time who would have guessed.
Avatar
she keeps playing herself

While you both everyone is technically correct. You're forgetting a very important thing. She had with her a platoon of guards to act as her escort.
Running off aside; a royal, be it from now to ancient times, would not be active unless debuted- especially in the mean street. They'd just have the help preform their tasks for them.

Sheltered youth, back in the day, were just prisoners in their own homes and would never be given the ability to leave outside of escapes.

@forecast
If tropes are anything of use, certain birthdays are also considered times of revealing. We all gotta remember, this ain't medieval times. It's someone's make-believe world that resembles ours.
@forecast's reasoning makes the most sense, in the long-and-short of it.

I still stand by you can't be like this unless its a manhua.
