As someone who has read/owns the raws up till Vol 5, I can tell you yes. We rarely see her male form going forward (at least for as far as I've read). She pretty much just prefers to be a girl whenever possible.

I was so happy that there is new chapter, but it is short and cliffhanger.

btw. my expectations were correct, the new "girl" is there.
