Ahhh yess... Wasabi. Fond and painful memories comes to mind because of that. I’ll never forget those super spicy Wasabi chips.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to not notice when you're really used to spicy food. I regularly eat food with naga or ghost chilli in it quite comfortably so there are things that I eat and honestly don't even know are spicy, it isn't that I don't think it's that spicy it's that it straight up doesn't register at all, like I was eating a food that had no spice in it whatsoever.
