The implied idea is that the sister is drugged up and used as a sex slave, and the story sort of treats it like getting healed of the drug addiction and freed makes her totally fine. That's all pretty traumatizing emotionally.

The hell is with that story... what's with that???!!! Still.... this is getting pretty much mixed now... but OPness is at it's peak here... so.. it shouldn't be a problem
